It’s common knowledge that organizing the day you have ahead of yourself can prove to be incredibly beneficial for completing tasks and attaining your goals throughout the day. This may not be for everyone, since everyone operates on a disparate level, but if you’re interested, keep reading.
Like I was saying, scheduling your day in a meticulous manner can be incredibly beneficial, and if you don’t believe me, do some research yourself. Elon Musk, for example, breaks his day into five, yes, FIVE, minute increments. Although you don’t have to get that into depth, it’s a common theme that successful people seem to schedule their tasks into specific time slots.
One Possible Schedule
As an example, I’ll post a rough schedule of my day. This obviously isn’t going to be a good fit for everyone since people have different priorities and lifestyles, but nonetheless here it is:
6:00 A.M. – Get up and take my dog out
6:30 A.M. – Go on a run (Only 3 days a week, if I’m not running I’m spending time with my fiancee)
7:00 A.M. – Eat breakfast and change into clothes for the day
7:30 A.M. – Feed dog, then immediately take dog out for a walk after eating
8:30 A.M. – Get to work
8:30 A.M. – Meditate and use the app Peak
Site note: I like to get to work early to meditate and do my mental training because it’s hard to deal with distractions at home at this time

9:00 A.M. – Start tackling some emails, and review my daily plan
9:15 A.M. – Start working
12:00 P.M. – Lunch and let the dog out
12:45 P.M. – Back at work, tackling my daily tasks
5:00 P.M. – Get home, take dog out
5:15 P.M. – Gym/Shower
6:15 P.M. – Set everything up for the next day, Lay out clothes, write in planner, etc.
7:30 P.M. – Dinner/Feed dog and train with dog
8:00 P.M. – I consider this my “free” time, however, I will usually work on some side income tasks while watching T.V. (Really into the show Eureka at the moment!)
10:00 P.M. – Take dog out
10:15 P.M. – Read
11:00 P.M. – Bed
Yes, I only sleep 7 hours, and I’m sure there in the future there will DEFINITELY be a post on sleep habits! And yes, a lot of this revolved around my dog, so obviously it’s not a perfect schedule for most people, but I know when I’m online searching about lifestyle balance, I can never find a schedule breakdown. There are definitely many things within the schedule that will be posted about later on, such as topics on health & fitness, diet, scheduling (more in depth), sleep habits (as mentioned), and much, much more.
So keep following and keep striving for that stasis life, a life of balance, while achieving a life of goals.
